Bulk transports: number of deliveries and longer time windows

Two new options are available for bulk transports: you can capture the number of deliveries via a new mandatory field and use longer delivery time windows of up to 10 hours for bulk transports.

“Number of deliveries” mandatory field

The new “Number of deliveries” mandatory field lets you capture how many vehicles are expected for a bulk transport.

You manage the field under Settings → Logistics → Mandatory fields for logistics bookings.

Set the field to “Required” if, for example, you expect several vehicles per day during the shell construction phase (such as concrete pours). This ensures that the number of deliveries is entered for every booking.

If you no longer need this information later on, for example during the fit-out phase, simply set the field to “Hidden”.

Longer delivery time windows for bulk transports

You can now use dedicated, significantly longer delivery time windows for bulk transports:

• Normal transports behave as usual (for example, up to 120 minutes).
• Bulk transports are flexible and can span up to 10 hours.

To enable the longer delivery time windows in general, proceed as follows:

1. Open the Settings.
2. Navigate to the Logistics section.
3. Adjust the options.
4. Click Save.
