How do I create groupings for delivery bookings?
Groupings and colour coding let you sort delivery bookings by trade, construction phase or contracting company and recognise them at a glance in the calendar.
With many deliveries per day, the logistics calendar quickly becomes crowded. Groupings let you sort bookings by your own criteria – by trade, construction phase or contracting company, for example – and assign a colour to each grouping.

| 1 | Open Settings → Logistics and scroll to Groupings for delivery bookings |

| 3 | Enter Name, Description and Color |

Step 1: Open the “Groupings for delivery bookings” section
Step 2: Create the grouping
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name (required) | Label of the grouping, for example „Shell construction“ |
| Description | Optional explanation for the booking companies |
| Color | Colour used to display bookings of this grouping |
Click Save. The grouping is available for every new delivery booking from now on.
Tip: Choose clearly distinguishable colours. In the calendar you can then immediately see which part of the site is being supplied when – without opening every booking individually.
