What you can use the notes field for
The notes field lets you capture additional information about a delivery. You can add notes in the following situations:
- when creating a delivery
- when editing a delivery
- when accepting a delivery
Enabling the notes field
You control the notes field via the logistics mandatory field settings. Set the field to Optional there so that it becomes available for deliveries.
To enable the field:
Settings → Logistics → Mandatory fields for logistics bookings → set “Notes” to Optional.
