Safety briefings: proof, digital signature and advanced briefings
Safety briefings now show proof directly (who briefed whom and when) and can be signed digitally with legal validity. Advanced briefings add learning and testing mechanics, multilingual support, pass logic and full auditability.
Safety briefings have been improved in two areas: the proof is now visible directly, and briefings can be signed digitally with legal validity. In addition, advanced briefings add advanced learning and testing mechanics, multilingual support and notifications – for a legally compliant, scalable process with clear pass logic and transparent auditability.
Improved safety briefings
Proof visible directly
The proof now shows directly who briefed whom and when. This makes it easy to see at a glance which briefings were carried out by whom and at what time.
Digital signature
Safety briefings can now be signed digitally with legal validity. This removes the need for a signature on paper, and the confirmation is documented directly in the system.
Advanced briefings
Advanced briefings extend the briefings with advanced learning and testing mechanics, multilingual support and notifications. The goal is a legally compliant, scalable process with clear pass logic and transparent auditability.

How it works:
Presentation timing: A waiting time can be configured per slide (default 5 seconds) before the user can move on.
Questionnaire & pass logic: A questionnaire with 5 to 10 questions follows. To pass, at least 80 % of the answers must be correct – otherwise the briefing is restarted.
Question catalogue: The question catalogue is currently static.
Note (planned – coming soon): In the future, the question catalogue is planned to be rolling, for example 5 of 20 questions selected at random, without repetition within a session.
Notifications on failed access: When access fails, an email is automatically sent to all admin accounts of the construction site. Each admin can disable this for themselves in the Settings (opt-out).
Language & routing: The preferred language is saved. The next time, the user is automatically routed to the matching presentation.
Audit & traceability: A log is kept – including start and end, result, language, question version, timestamps and the triggering access event.
