Open Settings → Logistics → Operating hours, click Edit in the Opening hours for deliveries section, add one or more time windows for each weekday and save. You set different times for individual loading zones or lifting equipment in their entry via Edit opening hours. During booking, Bausicht only shows periods in which all selected loading zones and lifting equipment are available at the same time.
In Bausicht you can set up any number of opening hours per day – for the entire construction site and, if needed, differently for each loading zone and lifting equipment. This lets you map situations such as lunch breaks or shift changes precisely. When booking, Bausicht automatically shows only slots in which all selected loading zones and lifting equipment are available.
Step 1: Open the logistics settings
Open Settings → Logistics → Operating hours.
Step 2: Set up the time slots
Select the Operating hours tab and, in the Opening hours for deliveries section, click Edit. Use Add opening time to add further time windows for a weekday, for example before and after the lunch break. These times apply to all loading zones and lifting equipment of the construction site.
Step 3: Save
Save your entries via Save.
Different times per loading zone or lifting equipment
If a loading zone or lifting equipment has different times, open its entry under Settings → Logistics → Loading zones or Lifting equipment, respectively and click Edit opening hours under Opening hours. There you set up the time windows in the same way as above.
How Bausicht selects available slots
When booking, Bausicht automatically takes the opening hours of all selected loading zones and lifting equipment into account. Only slots in which all of them are available at the same time are shown.
Example: The crane is available from 09:00–11:00, the loading zone from 10:00–13:00. If you select both, Bausicht shows only 10:00–11:00 as an available slot – the period in which both are available at the same time.
