Multiple opening hours per day – separated by resource and zone

In Bausicht you can set up any number of opening hours per day – separated by resource and zone. This lets you map situations such as lunch breaks or shift changes precisely. When booking, Bausicht automatically shows only slots in which all selected resources are available.

Any number of opening hours per day

You can set up multiple time slots per day – separated by resource and zone. This allows you to map interruptions such as lunch breaks or shift changes cleanly.

Step 1: Open the opening hours

Open the Settings and navigate to Settings → Logistics → Opening hours.

Step 2: Set up the time slots

Set up the desired time slots for each resource and zone. You can add any number of opening hours per day, for example to account for lunch breaks or shift changes.

Step 3: Save

Adjust the options and save your entries via Save.

How Bausicht selects available slots

When booking, Bausicht automatically takes the opening hours of all selected resources into account. Only slots in which all selected resources are available at the same time are shown.

Example: The crane is available from 09:00–11:00, the loading zone from 10:00–13:00. If you select both resources, Bausicht shows only 10:00–11:00 as an available slot – the period in which both are available at the same time.
