Multiple signatures for invitations (beta)
- Before you start
- The beta feature is available on request.
- How to check the result
- An invitation counts as fully confirmed only after every intended party has signed.
Quick answer
The beta feature lets several parties sign an invitation; the process counts as fully confirmed only after all intended parties have signed. The feature is currently available on request.
You can now collect multiple signatures for invitations. This lets you require confirmation from several parties for certain processes, rather than just a single signature.
Multiple signatures per invitation
For an invitation, different parties can now sign – for example:
- Building owner/general contractor
- Contractor
- Subcontractor
- Logistics provider
This way, a process is only considered fully confirmed once all intended parties have provided their signature.
Note – beta phase: This feature is currently still in beta and available on request. If you are interested in requiring multiple signatures for certain processes, feel free to get in touch with us.
