How do I remove or archive a company?
Guide to removing or archiving companies in the Bausicht software
Quick answer
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Go to “Companies” in the left-hand navigation |
| 2 | Select the company you want by clicking on it |
| 3 | Click the “Edit” tab |
| 4 | Click “On the construction site” in the bar at the top |
| 5 | Click “Edit” on the right |
| 6 | Select “Archive” or “Remove” |
Required permissions
- Master data: Can suspend companies. (Security, Admin)
- Master data: Can archive companies. (Security, Admin)
Step 1: Open “Companies” in the left-hand navigation
Go to “Companies” in the left-hand navigation.
Step 2: Select the company
Click the company you want to remove.
Step 3: Click the “Edit” tab
Click the “Edit” tab in the left-hand column.
Step 4: Click “On the construction site”
Click “On the construction site” in the bar at the top.
Step 5: Edit the company
Before you can archive or remove the company, you need to click “Edit” on the right-hand side.
Step 6: Remove or archive
You can now archive or remove the company.
