Quick answer
Open Evoloop before switching on the barrier, enable Bluetooth and stand next to the barrier. During the first 30 seconds after power-on, the barrier searches for the app, which guides you through setup. The default password is 456789. If the barrier arm stays up, check the photocell or laser sensor: the barrier will not lower while something is within its detection area.

Setup with the Evoloop app
Use the Evoloop app to access and configure the barrier. We recommend preparing the connection before switching on the barrier.
Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Step 2: Open Evoloop and stand next to the barrier
Open the Evoloop app before switching on the barrier. Stand next to the barrier with your smartphone and keep the app open.
Step 3: Switch on the barrier
Switch on the barrier. During the first 30 seconds after power-on, it searches for the app. Stay next to the barrier with the app open and Bluetooth enabled during this time.
Step 4: Follow the setup instructions in the app
The app guides you through setting up the barrier. Follow the instructions displayed in the app.
Use the default password 456789 to access the barrier if it has not been changed. If the password has already been changed, use the currently configured password.
Troubleshooting: the barrier arm rises and stays up
The barrier will not lower if something is within the detection area of the photocell or laser sensor.
Check whether a person, vehicle or object is blocking the detection area. Keep the area clear, then check whether the barrier lowers again.
