How do I set up different floors?

Quick answer

Open Settings → Logistics → Transfers. In the Floors section, click New floor, enter a name, select the Structure and click Save.

Requirements

You need permission to create floors and access to the required structures. If a structure is missing, create it first in the Structures section or ask someone with the appropriate permission.

Create a floor

1. Open Settings → Logistics → Transfers and find the Floors section.
2. Click New floor.
3. Enter a Name, such as “Basement”, “Ground floor” or “1st floor”.
4. Select the associated Structure. Both the name and structure are required.
5. Add a Description and Colour if needed.
6. Click Save.

For floors to be selectable when booking deliveries, the corresponding booking field must be enabled under Settings → Logistics → Required fields.
