How do I set up different time slots?

Quick answer

You set up time slots for deliveries yourself: under Settings → Logistics → Operating hours in the Opening hours for deliveries section. There you define the opening hours for each weekday and use Add exceptions to add different times for individual days, such as quiet or restricted periods.

How to proceed:

1. Open Settings → Logistics → Operating hours.
2. Click Edit.
3. For each weekday, define the period in which deliveries are possible.
4. For individual days with different times, click Add exceptions, select the Date and enter the opening time that applies on that day, or enable Close all day. Click Submit exceptions to add the exception to the list.
5. Click Save.

These times apply to all loading zones and lifting equipment. If a single loading zone or lifting equipment has different times, open its entry under Settings → Logistics → Loading zones or Lifting equipment, respectively, and edit its opening hours there.

Requirement

To edit these settings, you need the permission “Can define opening hours for deliveries.”.
