Subscribe to the delivery calendar in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar
Display your construction site's delivery bookings as a subscription in your own calendar.

Open Deliveries → Calendar, click Subscribe to calendar and copy the Calendar link. Add it to your calendar app as a calendar subscription.

You need the Can view all delivery bookings. permission on the construction site.
Set up the calendar subscription
- Open Deliveries → Calendar and click Subscribe to calendar.
- Copy the Calendar link.
- Add the link to Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar as a calendar subscription. The dialog contains instructions for each app.
The link is personal. Do not share it. Continue to make changes to delivery bookings in Bausicht.
Renew the calendar link
If the link has been shared, open Subscribe to calendar again, click Renew link and confirm. The previous link becomes invalid. Set up the subscription again using the new link.
