Quick answer
Check your spam folder first. If there is no email, ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation in Bausicht.
Contact the person who invited you
Ask the person to open your invitation in Bausicht and select “Resend” there. Alternatively, they can copy the link with “Copy” under “Send link” and send it to you directly.

The invitation cannot be accepted
- You already have a Bausicht account: The invitation page shows the sign-in instead of the registration. Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to and then click “Accept invitation”. This is also how you accept invitations to further construction sites.
- You are signed in with a different account: Bausicht then shows a note that you are currently signed in as someone else. Click “Sign out” and sign in with the account the invitation was sent to. If the invitation went to an email address that is not yet registered, register via the invitation link after signing out.
- Required details are missing: If the construction site requires further details about you or your company, the missing fields appear directly above the button. Fill them in and then accept the invitation.
- The invitation has expired or was cancelled: Ask the person who invited you for a new invitation. Only the link from the latest invitation is valid.
Note: Documents you have already uploaded are not shared with the new construction site automatically when you accept. Share them with the site afterwards.
If it still doesn’t work
Step 1: Check your email address for typos
Make sure your email address is spelled correctly. Common typos can prevent invitations from arriving.
Step 2: Contact support
If the problem persists, contact our support team:
